He died at the Presbyterian Maytag Hospital in Albuquerque. The death certificate lists he was a resident of Albuquerque for 16 years. It lists his father and mothers and unknown. He died of a perforated gastric ulcer living two days after entering the hospital. He was born in Paris, TX and was 76 years, two months and 16 days old at the time of his death.
