Henry was born on 3/3/1847 in Canehill, AR. He married Nancy Jane Spears on 3/8/1869 in Arkansas. They had 8 children; Amos, Mark, John, Emily Dove, Leeanna, Mary, Rebecca, Ava and Betty. On 8/5/1886 Henry took an oath to become a US Deputy Marshal. He did work for the "Hangin Judge", Judge Issac Parker. His name can be seen on a plaque at the Judge Parker museum in Ft Smith, AR.

Henry died on 4/22/1915 in Lincoln, AR.
