Constance Suzanne Phillips

65 a resident of Farmington, passed away February 12, 2016 at Circle of Life Hospice House in Springdale. She was born August 2, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Orvel Donald and Hope Ione Shirk Means.

Constance was a member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville.

She was preceded in death by her two sons Robert Douglas and Chris Hartley Phillips and her beloved dog Louis.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years Dan Phillips; two grandchildren Christen and Robert Phillips; three brothers Chip, Jug, and Doug and her sister Debbie.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2016 - 2:00 P.M. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the ALS Association Arkansas Chapter 1200 W Walnut #2309 Rogers, Arkansas 72756.
