Notes for ANNA B. CRUIKSHANK:
Talladega, October 10, 1833 (Think date should be 1883)
An application by pettion was filed by Matilda Cruikshank prarying for a decree of the Court to relieve Anna B. Cruikshank, a minor over the age of 18, of the disability of non age supported by affidavit.
It is therefore ordered and decreed that the said Anna B. Cruikshank be and she is relieved of the disabilities of non age and she is hereby invested with the rights to sue and be sued, contract and be contracted with, to buy, sell and convey real estate and generally to do and perform all acts which she could lawfully do if twenty one years old.
