74, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord, November 20, 2007 at her home in Lincoln, Arkansas. She was born December 9, 1932 at Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter
of Robert Edward and Mary Elizabeth Leach Biggs.
Mary Louise was active in the Cancer Support Home in Fayetteville. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Lincoln. She was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan and cherished her many friendships from the Northwest Athletic water aerobics group. She retired from Cobb Poultry Breeding Company after 11 years of dedicated service.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and one brother, James H. ?Buster? Biggs
Survivors include her husband, James "Red" Sturdy of the home; one son, Mike Pharr and his wife Beverly of Gentry, Arkansas; two daughters, Marsha Hash and husband Brian of Fayetteville, and Linda Reese and husband Phil of Monett, Missouri; twenty grandchildren, Sean and Brandon Wenzel, Tyler Hash, Clayton and Clifton Reese, Asa and Micah Pharr, Derek Abshier, Julie Jane Abshier, and Tamara Casey, Dana Utley, Bart Sturdy, Sonia Taylor, Karrie Reed, Donald Reed, Terri Carlton, J.B. Sparks, Matt and Spencer and sixteen great grandchildren; one brother, George Biggs of Cane Hill, Arkansas; one sister, Ethel Lockwood of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the Luginbuel Chapel.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2007 - 10:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with Jason Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
