Howard Bosie Hutchens

78, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 5, 2018 at his home. He was born September 19, 1939 in Prairie Grove, the son of Veryl Boise and Helen (Hooker) Hutchens.

HB retired from the United States Air Force in 1981 after 20 years of service. He then went to work for Entergy where her later retired after 20 years. He was a longtime member of the Rustic Relic Tractor Club and was a member of the Viney Grove United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father Veryl Hutchens.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years Janet Sue Hutchens; two sons Gary Hutchens of Dallas, North Carolina and Terry Hutchens and wife Cathy of Las Vegas, Nevada; his mother Helen Hutchens of Farmington; two brothers Roger Hutchens and wife Doris of Lincoln and Ronnie Hutchens of Fayetteville; three grandchildren Bryce Hutchens, Jared Hutchens, and Miranda Hutchens.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 9, 2018, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 10th, 2018, at Prairie Grove First United Methodist Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
