Myrtle Marie Bottoms

81 a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away October 21, 2006 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born August 3, 1925 near Blackburn, Arkansas, the daughter of Charles Silas and Mattie Gertrude Toon Redfern.

Myrtle was a member of the Centerpoint Ladies Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Bottoms, one grand daughter Melissa Leigh Bottoms, five brothers, Raymond Redfern, Lonnie Redfern, Homer Redfern, Shelton Redfern and Carl Redfern; two sisters, Mattie Clayton and Mary Redfern.

Survivors include three sons and daughters in law, Harold and Allyne Bottoms of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Darrell and Diny Bottoms of West Fork, Arkansas, and Larry Joe and Lynda Bottoms of Lincoln, Arkansas; one daughter, Carol Ann Bottoms of the home; four grandchildren, Cinnamon Detring, Angie Phelan, Marci Bottoms and Nathan Bottoms; six great grandchildren, Summer Ashley, Hayden Bowling, Macie Tyler, Vallee Phelan, Brair Phelan and Quincy Graves.

Family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2006 10:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will follow in Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be George Hyler, Lex Wetzel, Eddie Bowling, Butch Redfern, Tommy Fennell, Jack Bottoms.

An honorary pallbearer will be Clem Tollett.
