Margelean "Margie" Hobbs
91 a resident of Japton, Arkansas, passed away April 28, 2010 at her home in Japton, Arkansas. She was born September 14, 1918 in Dutch Mills, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert "Bob" and Cora Whillock Hodges.
She worked for Boeing Aircraft for 27 years.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Lonnie Charles and Glenn Jr.; two brothers, Bud Hodges and Frank Hodges; four sisters, Jimmie Briley, Monica Adair, Floy Hughes, and Maxine Hobbs;
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Glen Hobbs of th e home; two sisters, Dorris Elkins of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Bobbie Pinkerton of Dutch Mills, Arkansas; many special nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2:00-3:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be held Monday, May 3,2010 - 2:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with Jimmy Mauldin officiating, with burial in Dutch Mills Cemetery in Dutch Mills, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be: Gary Elkins, Dan Pinkerton, Steve Pinkerton, Marty Elkins, Nubbin Elkins, and Jody Pinkerton.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Danny Clark, Dusty Elkins, Zac Elkins, Colby Elkins, Buster Tucker, Jim Hobbs, and Shane Hobbs.
