That I, S. A. Turner being of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others made be me.
1st. It is my will and desire that I be buried in a decent manner.
2nd. That all my just debts be paid as soon as possible by my executors.
3rd. It is my will and desire that all my property be sold at my death and the proceds divided equally between my children and grand-daughter Della Budd after first charging them up with the amount each has received from my estate - That is to say William Turner has received Six hundred and sisty six and 50/100 ($666.50) Dollar, Ben Turner One hundred and fifty three ($153.00) Dollars. Fred Turner Forth five ($45.00) Dollars, Della Budd my Grand daughter hundred and sisty ($160.00) Dollars, Etta Budd my Daughter One hundred ($100.00) Dollars, Daisy Turner Forty ($40.00) Dollars, Merle Turner One hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
4th. I hereby appoint Lee McCrum executor of my last will and testment without bond and it is my desire that the court have nothing to do with my estate at my death but to probate this will and return inventory.
