Sharon Kay Land

Age 74, a resident of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024 at North Hills Life Care and Rehabilitation. She was born January 4th, 1950 in Fayetteville, the daughter of Paul and Velma Terry Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers; Houston (Sonny,) Danny Joe, Jerry, and Harley, and sister-in-law Patsy Johnson.

Sharon spent 38 years at North Hills where she made many friends over the years and made lasting impressions on countless people. She loved Dr. Pepper, Little Debbies, Elvis, and quarters for the snack machine. She would ask about family members anytime one visited her. She remembered names well and wanted all the updates any chance she got.

Sharon leaves behind two brothers; Paul (Buddy) Johnson, and Lenny (Eddie) Johnson and his wife Linda, of Fayetteville, One sister Connie Taylor of Farmington, two sister-in-laws Annie Johnson and Janice Johnson, both of West Fork, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August 7th at Luginbuel Funeral Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be at Baptist Ford Cemetery in Greenland, Arkansas, there will be no graveside service held.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of North Hills Life Care and Circle of Life Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Circle of Life.
