Raymond Carthel Petty

Age 86, a resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. He was born November 21, 1938 in Dutch Mills, Arkansas, the son of Raymond Chandler and Mary Henrietta (Shannon) Petty.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Kenneth Petty, one niece Sandy Pershall and one nephew Jackie Dale Petty.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years Carole Rae Goldman Petty; two sons Kory Petty and his wife Tami of Summers, Arkansas, and Kelly Petty and his wife Ida Mae of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; one sister Velma Pershall of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; seven grandchildren Sonia Taylor and her husband Jason, Tanya Petty, Tara House and her husband Chris, Nick Petty and his wife Stephanie, Mark Petty and his wife Melissa, Dustin Youngblood and his wife Tara, and Ryan Younblood and his wife Lauren; sixteen great grandchildren Colton, Callie, Blake, Carmen, Kynslee, Kendalyn, Noah, Caleb, Amelia, Landon, Elissa, Laney, Lyra, Atlus, Jack, and Luke and three great-great grandchildren Kennedy, Delaney, and Mallory; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, April 2nd, 2025, from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
