I do not have the words to tell how we miss you; I was so looking forward to seeing you in Prairie Grove soon, and only a 5 1/2 hour drive instead of the 8 1/2 hours to Wisconsin. You almost made it, but our Lord called you home first. We were not just cousins, but sisters because neither had a sister only brothers, our dad’s
were best friends, and our mothers were sisters. We went on vacations camping together with our families at Camp Albert Pike in AR. My family even moved to Leesville, LA, so we could all be together. I wore your hand me down prom dresses; I could go on and on with memories. We were blessed to have rekindled our sisterhood in the last few years but only by phone, where we talked about the Lord and seeing each other. I was going to drive up to attend your husband, Tony’s memorial service, but you said he didn’t want one, and now his ashes are with you, and I’ll be seeing your grave. You will always be near me in my heart, will see you in heaven, my love.
