Norma Jean Terry
Age 88, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born December 20, 1935 in Greenleaf, Oklahoma, the daughter of Clarence and Margaret (Salmon) Marsh.
Norma loved her family foremost, sewing, word search puzzles, and playing games with family and friends. She opened the Dillard's Department Store in NWA Mall as part of the management team, and retired from her position after thirty years of service with many awards and recognitions for her hard work and dedication.
She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Terry, her parents Clarence and Ann Marsh, siblings Georia Sellers, Ruby Kirk, Eulis "Red" Marsh, Clayton "White" Marsh, and Boyd Marsh, and one grandson Ryan Fletcher.
Survivors include one son Randall Terry and his wife Ada; two daughters Cheryl Gabbard and Audrina Terry all of Farmington, Arkansas; seven grandchildren Brandon Snow and his wife Ramanda, Christy Witherspoon and her husband Gary, Lindsey Swonger and her husband Ryan, Justin Snow, Daniel Terry and his wife Courtney, Destiny Fletcher, and Kelsey Terry; ten great-grandchildren Logan Snow, Ella Swonger, Garrett Witherspoon, Maggie Swonger, Grayson Swonger, Brynlee Witherspoon, Kaylea Snow, Andi Swonger, Brooklyn Snow, and Ellis Terry; and one sister Carol Foust and her husband Gary.
Norma's kindness, warmth, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. .
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 7:30-8:30 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery in Farmington, Arkansas.
