Pam Simmons (goodhart) - Niece

Doris was a rare and wonderful woman who placed her faith in God and her love of family above all else. When I visited her she always gave me more than I could ever give her. May the God of all comfort grant her family and friends peace.
Paul Woodhouse - Hospice Chaplain

What a wonderful, loving mother that any son would be proud of. Her sense of humour and her quick wit was amazingly funny. I loved her so much. She always knew the right words to say and was a true inspiration for me and I could always go to her for her understanding of everything I was going through. A true devoted wife, mother and grandmother with the biggest heart in the world. I will truly miss her and those who did not know her missed a great opportunity. Can't wait for the reunion in heaven.
Buddy Goodhart - Son

Doris and I had a special greeting when we would see each other. She would say "Hello favorite daughter-in-law" and I would reply with "Hello favorite mother-in-law". I will miss that. Doris was a very special lady that took a woman and her daughter into her family like we had always been there. I will miss you Favorite Mother-In-Law.
Charlene Goodhart

Mom we had some great fun, pulling weeds, planting flowers or just acting silly, and we sure did that. You and me, old Frick & Frack. Oh, what a wonderful Mother you were. I know you are happy, and no more smoking your peace pipe Ha!Ha! Give Dad & Jackie and little Earl an extra hug from me.Love you Mom, til we meet again. your daughter Frack.

Chaplain Earl Adams - Friend

She was my mother, and then ten years ago we became "Best Friends" along with being mother, daughter, and roommates. Mother and I were together 24-7 and went everywhere together. I feel so honored to have had the privilege of being able to spend that time with her. Mother was such a wonderful person that being around her brought me so much closer to her and the God she loved. He was in her every thought and prayer. She loved to talk about Him to whoever would listen. Mother I'll never forget you. I love you and miss you terribly.
Beverly Ecksrtom - Daughter
