Everytime I had the chance, I really enjoyed talking with Charles, usually about relatively serious topics that matter in life. He was soft spoken yet exuded natural confidence. He had a good sense of quiet humor; and always wore a smile. Most importantly, he was obviously a dedicated family man who loved his family; and served this country well. He will be greatly missed.
