Tributes

We met Billie through her daughter Debbie. We met Debbie & Roger at Chapel Hill Baptist when they lived in Jacksonville AR. We became fast friends and camping, canoeing, traveling buddies and we feel like part of Roger & Debbie's family. We will miss the fun times when we played Golf (the card game), sharing Thanksgiving and other good meals and times together and we will miss Billie's laugh and constant good humor. We feel like we have lost a member of our own family.

I will always remember how sweet Ms.Billie was.She told me one time how her life had changed sense she had excepted God into her life and how happy she was with her life. She was so kind.Billie was like a little doll you would sit on the shelf just to admire, she was a gem in her own way.I'm so grateful to have gotten to know the real Billie.Billie is now where she wanted to be with our Lord,no more sickness no more pain.I will miss her as everyone who knew her will but I know she's where she's been waiting to go.God is with her now.I will miss her very much.

We know how heartbreaking it is to loss a mother. But the good memories and the special love you shared will help you deal with the loss. And, hopefully, knowing you have many friends whose thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time will also be a comfort to you.

A great loss to so many friends and family. She touched a lot of lives. We shared fond memories of being together as children. It was such a joy to be reunited with her and her sisters, Katy,Lucille and Betty after a sixty years period. So thankful that I did get to visit with her "one more time" on the phone. I share your grief and would love to be with you all. Notified Jack, my brother, his thoughts and prayers are with you also.Violet

I first met Billie in 1999 when my husband Rick and son Derek and I started attending Liberty Baptist church. Billie was such a wonderful friend to us, She always had a smile and made us feel so welcome there, I sang in the choir with her and she always seemed so happy to see me. She was the perfect model of how a Christian should be. It was always a joy to hug her every Sunday during church welcome time. I still can't imagine her not being there. I will miss her so much! But I know she is home and at peace with the Lord now. I really feel blessed that God let me know her these past 7 years.

I am so sorry to hear about your Mother. If you did not have the Lord to lean on it would be much harder. You know where she is and that you will see her again. I think of you often. God bless and keep you. Helen
