Barbara Ann Goolsby
Age 77, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024 at her home. She was born September 6, 1946 in Stamford, Texas, the daughter of Noble and Evelyn (Bond) Burrows.
She was married to Zell Goolsby Jr. on May 11, 1972. They were married for 50 years.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters Rita Burrows, Margaret Burrows, and Francis Guinn, one brother David Burrows and one daughter Tara Nicole Russell.
Many friends and relatives survive her including; three sisters Mary Wright, Joyce Burrows, and Annetta Guinn and her husband Linzy; three brothers Robert Burrows, Chester Burrows and wife Mary, and Wilford Burrows; one son Jerry Goolsby and wife Christina; two daughters Kim Brock and husband Chris and Melissa Hutchens and husband Doug; seven grandchildren Ashley Mense, Brenna Hutchens, Lex Brock, Nathan Hutchens, Zach Goolsby, Gavin Russell, and Logan Russell; and numerous other friends and relatives.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 11, 2024, 5:00-7:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 12th, 2024, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Beaty Cemetery in Lincoln, Arkansas, there will be no graveside service held.
