Dale and I were cousins. We never had the chance to meet in person, but I felt close to him anyway. He was kind and funny. He always wanted to get the “Thompson” bunch together. It was something we talked about doing in the future. We shared emails and a love for researching our genealogy. Dale shared many wonderful family stories with me over the years and I will always be grateful. My prayers and thoughts go out to his dear family and all those who knew and loved him. He will be greatly missed. With love and gratitude, your California cousin, Sharon

I had the pleasure of working with Dale at AERT for about five years. He was very funny, spirited, computer-savvy, creative, hard-working, honest, and much more. He would email or show pictures he took everytime he went on a drive with his Spyder group. Dale would tell of stories and experiences that always cracked me up. Though, he was taken early and unexpected, Dale will always be with us in mind and spirit. We will miss him dearly and pray to God to hold his family up at this vulnerable time. If there is anything at all that we can do, please let us know.

Kay "west" Arbuckle - Friend / Classmate
Dale is the kind of Friend who only happens once in a lifetime. The kind of friend you could call in the middle of the night when your car broke down or you just needed some one to talk to. Many times I saw him go far out of his way to help someone he thought needed help. He said he went to the School of Hard Knocks and he certainly did but he learned more in that school than any Phd I've ever met. He was a true Master Craftsman in too many fields to count. His passing has left a huge hole in my life and in the lives of many others. Dale you are truly missed.
