Age 45, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at her home. She was born July 7, 1975 in Riverside, California, the daughter of Ricky and Vickie (Abel) Hornback.
Survivors include her husband Paul Pratt; three sons Brandon Hornback of Lincoln, Arkansas, Ryan Hornback and Christopher Pratt both of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one daughter Melissa Pratt of Howe, Oklahoma; her parents Ricky and Vickie Hornback of Lincoln, Arkansas; one brother Ricky Hornback Jr. of Lincoln; one sister Sandra Jensen of Fayetteville; and three grandchildren.
