Roy Gene Franks
70 a resident of Cincinnati, Arkansas, passed away January 15, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born June 12, 1940 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of George William and Ruby McCamish Franks.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna Sue Franks.
Survivors include his wife, Ophelia Franks of the home; One son Tim Franks and his wife, Brenda of Waynesville, Missouri; One daughter LaDonna Hays and her husband, Justin of West Fork, Arkansas; his mother, Ruby Franks of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one brother Billy Franks of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Tyler, Levi, Lacy, Layne, Darci and Dalton; three step grandchildren, Adam, Ashley and Alex.
Family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Rhea Community Church in Rhea, Arkansas. Burial will be in Rhea Cemetery in Rhea, Arkansas.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Gene Beeks, Charles Thompson, James Leach, Floyd Nash, John Robert Hart and G C Watson.

I was so sad when Tyler called me this morning to let me know that his Grandpa Franks had passed away. All I could think about was Tyler, all the other grandkids, Tim, LaDonna, Ophelia,Ruby,and Billy Lee. Roy Gene was such a good person. He sure loved his family and the Lord. He will be missed by so many. Our prayers are with all the family members.
