Thanks for the softball memories, PK! My thoughts and prayers are with all whose lives were touched by PK.

PK is one of the very sweetest people I have ever known, her smile will be missed dearly.

How fortunate I was to be the recipient of her sparkling smile. How thankful I am to have known her gentle soul and her loving heart. Her playful spirit will forever bring joy to my soul. And the wonderful times we shared will never fade.

What can I say... From the unexpected visit she and Brenda made to my family's home in Comanche, OK (circa 1983), to tagging calves on the family farm, thru the death of her grandfather and an emergency visit to an after hours pet clinic with Nakita... At times, she was simply larger than life. Paula isn't gone. She'll always remain a part of me. I carry her with me, woven into memories to the point that she just IS. So play some country music, visit a Karoke bar, go dancing... remember her with love and laughter... I do!

P.K. was the sweet soul I've ever know. She beautiful smile will be greatly missed and cherished!

The first time I ever met P.K. was after a softball game. Her smile stood out, until I got to know her. Then it was her overwhelming kindness that made others smile. She was a very special person.

I met PK and Mac when I was 13, grew up wanting to be just like them, I guess you could say I was a tag-along. I was blessed with a long, always loving friendship that I will never forget, it will be in my heart forever. I always thought of myself as a good ball player until the time PK through me out stealing 2nd without standing up. Thanks for the memories and always radiant smile, I love her, she is and always will be a great friend. My thoughts are with her family and many friends.

PK and I were softball teammates, work associates and most of all friends. Of all the good things I remember about PK the one thing that stood out the most is her "big heart". She was a true friend and would do anything in the world for her friends. The second thing about PK was her "big smile". It was always there and in a big way! Being Gena's "little sister", all my childhood memories are of Gena, Mac, P.K., Beth, Betsy and all the "girls". I remember so much laughter and happiness. P.K. came into my life when I was 18. Her selflessness helped me raise a daughter that is now 13 and a beautiful person. I couldn't have made it through that time without her. She took care of us with that giving soul everyone is talking about. I am just glad I got to be a part, even if it was a small one of such a beautiful life. P.K. you'll never be forgotten, and you're family will be part of our lives forever.

We did not get to spend a whole lot of time with PK, but the times that we did share with her let us know that she was a special person. Big smile and a seemingly wonderful sense of humor.. she will be missed

As I watched Paula Kay's Life Celebration video, I drifted back in time as I'm sure many of you have. Even though the years have gotten away from those "days of old", I chuckled outloud as I could almost hear her laughter in some of these great memories of her. I also recall vividly the introductions she made to me of the pool table, sheatland ponies and mini bikes, to name a few. She was always one of those cousins I loved to go visit because I knew we'd get into something and have lots of fun & laughs in the process. Paula took care of my lawn and landscaping for two years. She became a good friend to me and to my thee dogs. She was a dear sweet woman. I am deeply saddened by her death. I know you as her family and close friends will miss her so much. Please tell her son she spoke of him to me with love many time. I want to thank her family for including me in on her burial. She is and always will be my life. I had some things going on in my life that we couldn,t be together everyday like we wanted, but she was right beside through it all. She knew that we would be soon and our love 4 each other is what keep us together. Im sorry that she had to go so soon before i got to show her just how deep my love for her went, but I do believe that she knows. Ok "BK" I wasn't done talking the other night in the car when you just up and interrupted me with the most horrific reality check anyone could have, but as I was saying Mac and I will be just fine....... Damn I knew the situation with Mac and I stressed ME out but this was a little extreme.......... PK otherwise known as "BK" to my family was more than just a friend. She always made the light at the end of the tunnel a whole lot brighter no matter what the situation was. The only thing she had to do was smile and it made everything better. I will miss you PK my sister, my friend, my insperation. Thank you for the privilege of being a part of your life as it has made me a better person!! I'll never forget the good times we had and I will celebrate your life forever. ... And I will continue to laugh and tell everyone about the night we were playing farkle and you were keeping score - you know when you said "Jens winning, she has 11,500 1/2 points." we laughed so hard we cried because there are no 1/2 points in farkle!!! That's my girl! My thoughts and prayers go out to PK's family. My heart goes out to Mac! I can only imagine how you are feeling! You were PK's crutch as much as she was yours! Paula took us around in her truck while at NACC on snowy days and we played in the snow. She was kind and fun. Thanks for your time on earth and the people you touched. God bless your friends and family, we will all miss ya.
