Otis Clinton Dobbs
Age 74, a resident of Chula Vista, California, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at his home. He was born July 9, 1945 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of John Herbert "Perno" and Jewell Agnus (Rose) Dobbs.
Clinton served in the United States Air Force where he was a crew chief working on F14's. All of the pilots that he worked with returned home safely from Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Omer Dean Dobbs, Herbert Thorton Dobbs and Johnny Warren Dobbs and four sisters Lavelle Howe, Bonnie Morrison, Rachel Loftin and Ruby Marshall.
Survivors include three children Frances Yvonne Dobbs, Clinton Steven Dobbs and his wife Osiris Llidriola Dobbs, and Liana Elizabeth Dobbs Traba and her husband Mario Jesus Traba; six grandchildren Ava Liliana Dobbs, Aaron Esteban Flash Dobbs, Ivy Amari Dobbs, Sage Salvador Traba, Nora Josephine Traba, and Ella Rose Traba; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 1st, 2019, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in the Dobbs Cemetery (Shady Grove Cemetery).
Memorials may be made to the Dobbs Cemetery (Shady Grove Cemetery).
