I have known Lisa since she was in elementary school. She graduated with the same class my daughter, Monica, was in. My sympathy goes out to Vernon, her children, grandchildren, & the rest of her family. She was a fine young lady. She alway seemed to be upbeat about her illness. Rest In Peace, Lisa Kay. You are with the angels now.

It is with great sadness that I post here today, Lisa was such a great person. A wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, mom, wife, cousin and friend. Lisa has fought her fight and won her battle, she is in a better place. We grieve what we have lost, her wonderful smile, soft voice and her never ending kindness. But while we are grieving let us not forget to celebrate her wonderful life. Remember her wonderful smile, one that no other has. Remember her kindness, the always positive thoughts. To Vernon and her children I say you were her world. She would do anything to make you happy. She raised her children to to be happy no matter the situation. She was so proud of her family. To her parents I say you raised an awesome daughter and the world is a better place having known her and having her as long as we did. Rest In Peace sweet Lisa and know there will be a day when we shall all meet again where there is no pain, no sorrow and no sadness, only joy, happiness, smiles and good times. Lord we look forward to seeing you one day and we look forward to finding Lisa there with you to greet us in our home on high. www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMAYD97aAUM
