First I want to personally thank the Luginbuels for their sensitivity and care they have provided our family on different occasions. Next we want to express our love to our Mother, Mary, who was married to Kenneth Smith. My deepest thanks goes to my sister, Jonnie, for her unselfish and steadfast care of Kenneth and who always made sure he had what he needed. Although we are not his STEPCHILDREN and he is not our FATHER we still cared greatly for him. HIS MEMORY IS OUR KEEPSAKE WITH WHICH WE'LL NEVER PART GOD HAS HIM IN HIS KEEPING WE HAVE HIM IN OUR HEART Next I must add a personal message from Randy who said "He believes he caught the most fish that day at Tenkiller Lake.
