Katheryn Irene Hornbeck
Age 85, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was born July 21, 1934 in Groton, New York, the daughter of Louis and Francis (French) Leaver.
Katheryn was a lifetime member of the Assemblies of God Church, a 40 year employee of Gospel Publishing House, travel coordinator for Top Notch Senior Group. Above all that she was a loving mother, grandmother great grandmother and best buddy of Bob the dog.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Louis and Burt Leaver and three sisters Lilian Alpert, Betty Smith and Elenor Leaver.
Survivors include one son Doug Hornbeck and his wife Lieane of Manila, Philippines; one daughter Cindy McCord of Rogers, Arkansas; one brother Bill Leaver and his wife Tina of Groton, New York; six grandchildren Heather, Miki, Christopher, Justin, Kaylee and Jaden Hornbeck; three great grandchildren Alex, Annabelle and Katheryn Helms; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
