Tributes

I worked with Judy J. (as we called her because there was 3 Judy's that worked there) at Farmers & Merchants Bank Prairie Grove. I am so sorry about Judy. She was always so friendly and kind with a sweet spirit. Will miss her sweet smile.

I worked at the bank while Jim was on active duty with the National Guard. Judy was so kind and patient with me.We did have some really fun times. Through the years she was so good for the bank and always a joy to be around. I’m sure she and Jim are remembering the good times now. RIP.

I’m so sorry and sad that I won’t be able to attend the services that will celebrate Judy. She was one of a kind, with her contagious smile and good sense of humor. She was one of the group of wonderful people who helped me grow from an awkward 18 year old girl to young wife and momma. I learned so much during those 8 years, and am forever grateful for the way Judy and the others taught and looked out for me. I said it when we said goodbye to Jim last week, and I’ll say it again- there will never be another time like that. See you again one of these days, Judy!
Leslie (McClain) Reed - Former co-worker
Judy always had a smile, was always glad to see you, and she liked to have fun. There may be an Farmers and Merchants Bank reunion going on in heaven this week.

I knew Judy for 60 years. We went to school together, had a lot of fun way back then! She was a good, kindhearted person. Always seemed to be in a good mood. I'm so sorry and sad about her passing. And sad that I won't be able to attend the celebration of her life, due to being out of town. Prayers for peace and comfort for her family!

I’m so sad to hear of Judy’s passing. I have such fun memories of our family dinners together when I was growing up. She was such a dear friend and co-worker to my mom for so many years. Although I hadn’t seen her much recently, I was blessed to take a trip to Florida with her, James, and my parents a few years ago and Judy and I really enjoyed shopping and eating out! What a great lady—she will definitely be missed.

I worked with Judy for 11 years and always enjoyed her friendship. I’ll alway remember our days at Farmers and Merchants Bank. My thoughts and prayers go out to James and Justin and the rest of the family. Justin I remember when you were born and your mother took a whole two weeks maternity leave. She was a dedicated employee for sure.

Judy was a special person, co-worker and friend. When I started working at The Farmers and Merchants Bank in 1969 Judy trained me as a teller. My memories of her dedication to the Bank and the associates will always be special. I doubt the Bank ever had an employee that was liked any better by the customers and associates. I will always have warm memories about the years working with her.
