Tributes

R I P Uncle John, So many of my best childhood memories are with you and Aunt Billie. You taught me to swim ( by throwing me in the lake ) You went to church camp with me ( because I was a sleep walker) and you got me in a lot of trouble with Mother. Daddy will be glad to have a fishing buddy up in heaven and give Mother and Daddy a hug for me. Praying for peace and comfort for the family, I love you all.

John you will be missed, Prairie Grove will not be the same without you. Our visits were far between in recent years as we grew older, but we thought about you and Aunt Billie. We love you Uncle John..

I'll miss you and your stories. Colorful tales from your past and mine. I'll miss the advice you gave me. I'll miss talking to you on the phone. You gave me my first job, and a sense of worth. You were my dad and I love you.
Ron Evans - Son
Love you Grandad. I will always remember all the great summers and fun times with you fishing and swimming. You always spent time with all us grand kids and we will all miss you and treasure the times we had together. I will see you again someday. Rest in peace. Love you, Joshua
