Tributes

It was my privilege to call Jerold a longtime friend. He always had time to wet a hook anytime I showed up on my farm. I was a lucky man he watched my farm for 28 years as if he owned it. He amazed me by how many people he knew up on Skylight Mountain and surrounding area. I never needed a radio or TV for the weather forecast, he could tell me exactly what was happening with the weather. He was always willing to help with any chore I needed help with. But the most important aspect of Jerold was he was a True Friend!! My trips to Arkansas will never be the same without his visits. But I have so many good memories that will last a lifetime. I am sorry for the families loss. Rest in peace my buddy. Thx for everything!!

I’ll always miss you big brother. For the last 14 years it’s only been you & me, out of a family of 7. Yes, you got stuck with me. We’ve had many conversations thru my cat & your dogs. You’ve let me chatter away, whether you felt good that day or not. Our lives have not always been easy but we could get through anything if we could poke fun at it. Yes, I am going to miss you terribly but go rest big brother. You deserve it. ??
