Janie Elaine Cochran

Janie Elaine Cochran, 74, a resident of Prairie Grove, was called home to our Lord on Monday, November 15, 2021 in Prairie Grove. She was born December 5, 1946 in Comanche, Oklahoma, the daughter of Elvin and Juanita (Murray) Skaggs.

Janie married her High School sweetheart Homer Cochran on January 4, 1964. She was a homemaker and dedicated caregiver. She had an infectious love for people. Her funny, sassy, opinionated personality made her a one of a kind special lady. Her love of her family decorated her home and shared with everyone she met and all that knew her. She loved and adored her family. She will be greatly missed by all and remembered in every life she touched.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years. Homer; her parents; one sister Dora Watson; one brother, Jimmie Skaggs, one niece, Katherine Ingram; one nephew, William "Billy" Cochran.

Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda Reaves and husband Larry; one son, Randall Cochran; four grandchildren, Lisa Keith and husband John, Leann Conner and husband Paul, Jared Reaves and wife Haily and Destiny Kribs and husband Josh; ten great grandchildren, Hunter Brown, Aryssa Brown, Willow Keith, Waylon Keith, Shayla Conner, Freya Conner, Jasper Conner, Kyleigh Reaves, Kambrie Reaves and Kenzie Reaves, and numerous family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Luginbuel Funeral Home, Thursday, November 18th, 2021, from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 19th, 2021, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery in Lincoln, Arkansas.
No graveside service will be held at the cemetery.
