Tributes

It was a blessing to know Jan and to serve with her in the Auxiliary of The Gideons International. She served as our state Chaplain for several years, as well as serving in the Prairie Grove camp and was a blessing and inspiration as she modeled a life of love and service to others.

In addition to being a dedicated Christian, an outstanding teacher, a devoted spouse, and a wonderful mother, Jan was my sister-in-law who baked the tastiest applesauce-raisin cake with brown sugar frosting, and she entertained the Bryant brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces with one at every family feast. I could always look forward to that cake when Jan was present at a pot-luck dinner. Thanks, Jan, for all you meant to us. Don/Sue Bryant

We are both so sorry to hear of your loss. I enjoyed visiting with Jan and watching her do crafts. She will be missed. Love and prayers to the family.
