Irene Helen Jones
76, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord, December 30, 2007 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born October 21, 1931 at Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, the daughter of George and Ella Radloff Draeger.
Irene was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Prairie Grove. She was also active in Life Ministries. She worked for the City of Fayetteville for more than twenty years. She was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of fifty-seven years, Floyd Jones of the home. Two Sons Dennis Lee Jones and wife Becky of Jefferson, Wisconsin, and Daniel “Dan” George Jones and wife Debbie of Lincoln, Arkansas; one daughter Connie Sue Miller and husband Don of McKinney, Texas; one brother Robert Draeger of South Beloit, Illinois; one sister Nancy Hebbe of Jefferson, Wisconsin; four grandchildren Chad Miller and wife Jill, Traci Ellison and husband Mike, Jennifer Miller and Heath Jones; two great grandchildren, Mackenzie Ellison and Madeline Ellison.
Visitation will begin Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel the family will be present from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2008 - 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with Audie Long officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery, Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church of Prairie Grove 146 N. Neal St. Prairie Grove, AR 72753 or Life Ministries 881 East Stills Rd. Prairie Grove, AR 72753.
Pallbearers will be Harlow Hebbe, Chad Miller, Mike Ellison, Heath Jones, Bill Love and Larry Crawley.
