Tributes
Aunt Ida was always one of my favorites!!! She and I had a very similar sense of humor and loved harrassing my dad! She will be missed - but I know that she is in a better place and will suffer no more!! May the love and kindness that she shared serve as a reminder to Uncle JD, Jeff, Jenny, Janet, Jim & Jay and their families of what an amazing woman she was!!!

I have known your family all my life and gone to school together.I have enjoyed the times you stopped on the road for a chat as passing by my home. You always had a smile and big wave as passing. You are missed.

Aunt Ida was always such a sweet friendly woman to all she met. She sincerely liked seeing all the relatives at reunions and visits. I know her smile will be missed by all who loved and knew her. My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you at this difficult time. In a little while you will be able to remember the fun times! I know, I've been there. All my love, Deanna

There is no greater tribute than to have some one in your early life that is connected to your extended family and your memories that made you who you are. I have only wonderful memories of my Aunt Ida and Uncle J.D. and the laughter and fun that was always around them and my other kin when I was young. Those thoughts even though years away have always allowed me to tell all the students I have taught over the years that I had a wonderful childhood. My Aunt Ida and Uncle J.D. are all a part of that childhood. Rest in Peace my dear Aunt. Jan Nichols
