Gerald "Jerry" Thomas Barth
73 a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, formerly of Madison, Wisconsin, died unexpectedly from medical complications on November 2, 2013 at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born January 14, 1940 in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, the son of Otto and Roma Hillestad Barth.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Walter and William and one sister Ann.
Survivors include his wife Sandra Kay (Horton) Barth; two sons, Kurt Barth and Scott Barth; two daughters, Beth Zwolanek (Geoff) of Fayetteville and Amy Justeson (Hans) of Belleville, Wisconsin; four grandsons, Matthew Thomas, Spencer Davis, Jacob Hunter and Joshua Thomas; one granddaughter, Sydney Angela Kay.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home,
In Lieu of flowers family ask that memorials be made to the Jerry Barth Memorial Fund at any Arvest bank.
