Tributes
It is very sad Gene has passed away. He was such a kind person and deeply committed to his family and his faith. Please know you are all in my prayers during this difficult time.
Beth Wright Henning - Friend of the Hayes Family
Gene was loved and respected member of our family. He was a good man that took care of his family. Gene had a kind heart. Loved his family. He will be missed very much by all. God bless all his family.
Cindy - Sister-in-law
Gene you will be greatly missed and that hour and 1/2 that I spent with you at the hospital I will always cherish that with you. I will always have the utmost respect for you because you gave your oxygen to try to save your wife. A selfless act of kindness. I don’t know of anyone else that would do that but you did. I love and miss you so much.
Your mean sister in law.
Lexi misses you too but she’s way nicer than me.
