Obituary
Debbie Ray England, of Lincoln, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Washington Regional Hospice in Fayetteville. Debbie was born April 14, 1959 in Yakima, WA to Billy Ray and Betty Louise (Perdue) Swafford Perryman.
Debbie graduated from Fayetteville High. She had a love for animals and would often adopt strays. She retired from Levi's.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 36 years, Roy Gene England.
Survivors include one son, Christopher Robert England and his wife Rachel of Siloam Springs, seven grandchildren and one great grandson; two sisters Darla Chenault of Fayetteville and Connie Blew of Farmington.
At Debbie's request, there will be no services held.
