Age 65, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born July 20, 1952 in Natural Dam, Arkansas, the son of Claude and Vola (Carter) Key.
Danny was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a loyal employee of Franklin Electric for 25 years and was a die hard OU fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Joe Bill Phillips, two sisters Lea Lovejoy and Betty Skinner, and two brothers Bobby Key and Billy Key.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years Loretta Key; two daughters Beverly Napier of Greenland, Arkansas and Melissa Townsend and husband Marty of Seligman, Missouri; one son Thomas Phillips and wife Bronwen of Greenland, Arkansas; four sisters Lou Cooper of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Mary Stewart of Westville, Oklahoma, Vicki Harlin and husband Andy also of Westville, and Jackie Price and husband Carrie of Evansville, Arkansas; one brother Jim Key of Westville, Oklahoma; two brothers-in-law Myrl Lovejoy and Leonard "Leo" Skinner both of Evansville, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and a special friend Lisa Carroll of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
At Danny's request there will be no services held.
