Charles Elbert Slaughter

Age 75, a resident of Wedington, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born July 10, 1946 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of Charlie and Jewell (England) Slaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Thomas Slaughter, and one sister Violet Radcliff.

Survivors include his wife Sarah Slaughter; six children Carolyn Warder and her husband Charles of Siloam Springs, Sandy Powell and her husband B.J. of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Charles Slaughter and his wife Stacy of Wedington, Arkansas, Lisa Norton and her husband Bobby of Siloam Springs, Holly K. Holly and her husband Lance of Bentonville, Arkansas, and Christopher J. Stone and his wife Ali of Plano, Texas; fifteen grandchildren Kasadi, Valerie, Michael, Brittany, Levi, Trenton, Bobby, Nathan, Marissa, Lauren, Camyron, Evan, Emily, Ben, T.J., Lainey; nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, June 25th, 2022, at Wedington Cemetery in Wedington, Arkansas.
