Age 69, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 in Lincoln, Arkansas. She was born January 2, 1953 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Charles Edward and Elizabeth Jean (Gue) Cheatham.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister and brother-in-law Florence and Bill Goffinett.
Survivors include her son Gary Dale Tash (Shania) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one brother William James of Florida; three grandchildren Raelene, Brooke, and Erica Tash; two great grandchildren Bryson and Layne Guinn.
There will be no services held.

I just seen Charlene’s obituary. I am so sorry for your loss Gary. Your Mother,Myself & Brenda Ames were all friends. Her & Brenda from High School, then later in life I met her thru Brenda. All 3 of us lived at Grandview apartments at the same time in our 20s you were just a little guy then. So sad for her passing.

Gary, I was so shocked to read here on Facebook that your mom died. We worked together for years at Kearney/ Cooper. I didn't realize she was sick. The last time I saw her we went to a Kearney/Cooper reunion in Farmington. My name was Barnes. We took that excursion train to Van Buren back in the 90's. I'm sorry for your loss and she will be missed for sure.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Charlene. It’s been years since I’ve seen Charlene. I remember every summer when I was younger spending time with Charlene when we would come to visit my grandma. We always went to Uncle Charles house.
