Celia Ann Rutherford

Celia Ann (Woodruff) Rutherford, 81, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, died of Friday, September 10, 2021 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born August 3, 1940 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, to Glen R. Woodruff and Margaret Jane (Blaylock) Woodruff.
Celia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth Rutherford, and a daughter Donna (Rutherford) Watkins. She was also preceded in death by brothers Walter O. Woodruff, Robert E. Woodruff, Melvin L. Woodruff, and Dwight E. Woodruff, and her sisters Imogene (Woodruff) Luther, and Nadine (Woodruff) Daniels.
Celia is survived by her daughters Debbie (Rutherford) Cope, and Carla (Rutherford) Frost and her husband Anthony Brian Frost. Other survivors include six grandchildren Tabby (Cope) Cates and husband Stephen, Elizabeth (Cope) Hart and husband Rob, Tyler J. Cope, and wife Natalia, Robert L. Frost and wife Ryoko, Kenneth M. Cope, and Margaret Frost. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters Barbara (Woodruff) Summers, Verna (Woodruff) Coyle, and a brother Truman (Vic) Woodruff and wife Cathy and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Celia requested that her ashes be interned at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs, Arkansas next to her husband Kenneth. The date for the memorial service will be announced at a later date.
