Carla and I have been friends for fifteen years, just about the same time as I lost my own parents. She and I are the rare type of true always-there friends. For all these years, being there for one another, I've come to know and love her entire family. Bill and Jo Anne have always made me feel welcome and loved; as if I were just another member of the family. I feel the same about them and I will sorely miss Bill and his smile and his quick-wit, and cherish the memories of the man who probably never knew he became my surrogate father. ~Bet~
Wade Weiler And Bet Cloven - Carla's Friend
