Amy Michelle Swinford
35 a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away December 5, 2012 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born October 12, 1977 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Gary and Carol Osburn Crews.
Survivors include her husband, Alan Swinford; three children, Brandon Crews, Brent Crews and Bryce Swinford; her parents, Gary Crews of Savannah, Georgia and Carol Crews of Springfield, Missouri; one brother, Dustin Crews also of Springfield, Missouri.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 - 5:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
